Home / Apartment Cleaning: Dusting each room top to bottom (polishing of any wood decorations, wood stands and/or cabinets). Wiping light switches in each room. Wipe down bathroom sink(s), vanity (doesn't include wiping out of drawers or cabinets) tub/shower, toilet(s). Wipe down kitchen sink(s), and countertops, sides of dishwasher, sides of the refrigerator. Wiping down stove top and sides. Take out garbage(s), replace liners (liners are the responsibility of the client to provide) and wipe outside of garbage cans. Dining room tables (includes table legs) and chairs, vacuum, sweep and mop. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. 

Seasonal Home Cleaning: This is a Home/Apartment Cleaning with extras also known as a deep cleaning. Washing walls, interior windows, baseboards. Taking down curtains and machine washing them, only if there is a working washer and dryer on site. If there is not a washer and dryer on premises I will require a laundering fee. Refrigerator and freezer clean, out throwing outdated and/or moldy food.  Wiping down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer. Vacuum couch cushions. Oven cleaning with no guarantees of complete removal of burnt food. Shower grout with no guarantees of removing all stains. I will not work on grout in the event there is obvious grout repair needed. This is also an outline and can be customized to your needs.  Also great for those moving and or looking to sell their home.

Office Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of all break rooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, receptionists area, waiting rooms. Cubicles, I usually just vacuum or mop, but can be customized to your needs. This thorough cleaning includes sanitizing light switches, door knobs, countertops, vending machines, tables and chairs. Dusting of any office decorations, supplies, equipment or technology. Cleaning of interior window frames, window panes and window sills. Emptying all trash bins, refilling soap containers, hand sanitizer and paper towel holders. Will also restock other necessities customized to your office needs . Wiping down baseboards. Sweeping and mopping of hard surface floors and vacuuming carpet. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs.  I supply my own cleaning products and tools but I do not supply refilling products. 

Traditional Window Cleaning: Washing and window frames, panes and sills. Removing dirt and debris. I will try to remove stains but I do not make any guarantees. Includes doors with windows, washing the doors and frames.

Organization/Decluttering: I will help you go through any area in your home you'd like help with. We will talk about your needs and concerns while we declutter. I will organize and clean as we go. We'll come up with a game plan for you to keep your home organized and clutter free. Will also help with sheds or garages.

Holiday Cleaning: Tidying and cleaning of entrance ways. Thorough cleaning of common areas and  all bathrooms. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. Will help with holiday decorating as well.
