Home / Apartment Cleaning: 

• Dusting each room top to bottom . Picking up each item in your home dusting it, dusting the surface it was on and then placing item back. (Polishing any decorations, stands and/or cabinets)

• Disinfect light switches in each room. 

• Dust window frames (washing if necessary), wash windows panes, and wash window sill.

• Dusting door frames (washing if necessary), spot wash doors and disinfect handles.

• Disinfect bathroom sink(s) and vanity (doesn't include wiping out of drawers or cabinets). 

• Disinfect and clean tubs/showers.

• Disinfect and clean toilets.

• Disinfect and clean kitchen sinks.

• Disinfect countertops, picking up each item wiping it down, disinfect the surface it was on then placing item back. 

• Wash dishwasher, for those with stainless steel those get polished. 

• Washing sides of the refrigerator, disinfecting handles. Polishing those with stainless steel refrigerators.

• Wiping down stove top and sides. Removing metal grates, burner caps and plates for washing.

• Vacuuming couch cushions.

• Take out garbage(s), replace liners (liners are the responsibility of the client to provide) and wash inside and  outside of garbage cans. 

• Spot wash walls.

• Dining room tables (includes table legs) and chairs, vacuum, sweep and mop. 

• High-ceiling cleaning.

This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. 

Seasonal Home Cleaning: This is a Home/Apartment Cleaning with extras also known as a deep cleaning. 

• Washing walls, interior windows, baseboards. 

• Taking down curtains and machine washing them, only if there is a working washer and dryer on site. If there is not a washer and dryer on premises I will require a laundering fee. 

• Refrigerator and freezer deep cleaning, out throwing outdated and/or moldy food, washing the interior of refrigerator and organizing food items.

• Washing the inside of cabinets.

• Cleaning and organizing closets.

• Oven cleanings, removing and cleaning of racks, loosen debris, wiping the inside of the oven.

• Shower and tile grout. I will not work on grout in the event there is obvious grout repair needed. 

• High-ceiling cleaning.

Also great for those moving and or looking to sell their home.

Organization/Decluttering: 

• I will help you go through any area in your home you'd like help with. We will talk about your needs and concerns while we declutter.

•  I will organize and clean as we go.

•  We'll come up with a game plan for you to keep your home organized and clutter free. 

Will also help with sheds or garages.

Holiday Cleaning: 

• Tidying and cleaning of entrance ways. 

• Thorough cleaning and organizing of common areas (kitchen, living and dining room).

• Thorough cleaning and organizing of bathrooms. 

• Whether it's getting boxes/tubs out of storage or setting something up I'm happy to help with holiday decorating.
